Om Chaturvedi
Entrepreneur. Founder. Business Builder.
I've started companies since I was a teenager. Some failed. The ones that worked taught me how to build real businesses, run operations and keep moving.
About Me
I started my first company at 17. It failed. So did the next one. By the time something finally worked, I'd learned the only lesson that actually matters: build something real, keep the costs honest, and never stop shipping.
In 2018 I founded Pepplo Softwares, an IT services and digital marketing agency, and took it from zero to a 30-person team serving clients across India, the US, and Italy. That's where I learned to ship software and run operations at scale — the foundation everything after it is built on.
Today most of my time goes into Chartered Studies, an EdTech company I co-founded to fix a specific problem: professional education for CA, CS, and CMA students that is priced like a luxury when it should be a right. It started as a YouTube channel. It's now a full platform used by students across the country.
I studied Commerce at NMIMS and Applied Economics at St. Xavier's College — mostly because I wanted to understand why some systems work and most don't. I've also written two books, because if you can't explain an idea simply, you don't understand it well enough yet.

First Venture
Started my first company. It failed. The next one did too. Learned early that failure provides the highest-density lessons in unit economics and product necessity.

Pepplo 100% Exit

Started Sankalp Academy to expand education infrastructure with 100% ownership.

My Vision
“Access shouldn't be the reason someone doesn't get a good education, a good product, or a good opportunity.”
Every business I build starts from that constraint, not from what's easiest to sell. That's the entire thesis behind Chartered Studies: professional education that competes on quality, not just price, in a market that has priced most students out for decades.
Long term, I want to build institutions the way Tata built his — on trust that outlasts any single product cycle — while moving with the speed and first-principles thinking of the founders I respect most.
Slow and cautious rarely beats fast and honest.
